On July 31st, Guangtong Yuanchi Company welcomed a group of energetic and energetic new members - the 2023 Young Eagle. These young eagles come from different cities and universities, with aspirations for their career, and have entered the gate of Guangtong Yuanchi. In order to welcome their arrival and help them adapt to the workplace environment as soon as possible, the Human Resources Department organized a Young Eagle Orientation Exchange Meeting.

At the Yingying welcome exchange meeting, senior leaders of Guangtong Yuanchi Company and heads of various centers personally visited the venue and had friendly exchanges and discussions with the newcomers. We specially invited Yang Yan, CEO of Guangtong Yuanchi, Jiang Huixin, CTO, Li Xingshuo, General Manager of Marketing Center, and Wu Ronghua, General Manager of Product Center, to share their professional experience and insights, guiding the direction of development for newcomers.

Leadership Message

At the beginning of the welcome party, Mr. Yang, CEO of Guangtong Yuanchi, delivered an enthusiastic speech, warmly welcoming the arrival of the young eagles. She introduced the industry position and development environment of Guangtong Yuanchi, and used her personal experience as an example to encourage the young eagles to maintain their original aspirations and move forward courageously, and gave them expectations for their future development direction.

Subsequently, Mr. Jiang, CTO of Guangtong Yuanchi, also expressed his welcome to the young eagles and had on-site interactive exchanges with them. Mr. Jiang and the young eagles deeply discussed the significance of work and stated that they are the hope for the company's development, representing the future direction of Guangtong Yuanchi. He encouraged the young eagles not to be afraid of difficulties, to bravely face challenges, and to constantly surpass their own boundaries.

Next, Li Xingshuo, the general manager of the marketing center, and Wu Ronghua, the general manager of the product center, also delivered their own speeches. Through their industry experience and experience sharing, they brought valuable guidance and inspiration to the young eagles. Eagle sharing

As the 2022 Young Eagle Senior Sister, Wu Zijing from the project management department shared her experience and insights since joining the company for one year. Wu Zijing used his actual work as an example to share valuable experience with the new generation of young eagles.

Wu Zijing mentioned that despite encountering many project difficulties during her first year in the workforce, she successfully overcame one challenge after another with her own efforts and the help of her mentors and colleagues. She emphasizes that the process of solving difficulties is not only a good way to guide thinking, but also the most valuable asset on the path of career growth.

What changes is a challenge, what remains unchanged is growth. Wu Zijing told the new eagles that the process of growth is not smooth sailing. Only by experiencing hardships and overcoming difficulties can one truly grow into a towering tree. She encourages the new generation of young eagles to be diligent, inquisitive, and actively communicate in order to achieve rapid growth in the workplace.

Entering Yuanchi

Wang Qing from the Human Resources Department also had an interactive sharing with the young eagles, reviewing the "six major events" since the establishment of Yuanchi. This allowed the young eagles to further enter Yuanchi and gain a clearer understanding of the company's development process and achievements. They understand the strategic cornerstone and future development direction of Yuanchi, and are full of infinite imagination and expectations for the company's future.

Mentor Meeting
