On December 16, 2026, the XPENG Global Partners Conference is successfully held in Guangzhou.
Favalon was honored with the "Technology Contribution Award" presented by XPENG at the conference, in recognition of its profound technological expertise and outstanding professional service. Ms. Yang Yan, CEO of Favalon, was invited to attend the ceremony to receive the award.
Receiving this honor reflects XPENG' high recognition of Favalon's comprehensive capabilities across the entire chain from technology R&D to mass production launch. It also serves as strong evidence of the continuously deepening strategic collaboration between the two parties in the field of intelligent connected vehicles.
The two sides have engaged in deep collaboration focused on technological breakthroughs and the scaled application of smart cockpits. The XPENG P7+ model, equipped with Favalon's AN762S smart connected cockpit module, has already entered mass production overseas this year. It is estimated that by 2026, this solution will empower multiple XPENG global vehicle models.
The AN762S series is the world's first module to pass AEC-Q104 automotive-grade certification while featuring a flagship 4nm cockpit chip. It delivers a CPU computing power of up to 170K DMIPS, GPU capability of 1.8 TFLOPS, and NPU performance exceeding 20 TOPS, providing ample resources for CCU-level smart cockpits and large AI models. The module adopts advanced BGA packaging and incorporates high-end processes such as underfill, ensuring reliability for automotive-grade applications.
To address the thermal challenges posed by the sustained operation of high-performance chips, Favalon employs an innovative liquid cooling solution. This design fully unleashes computing power and increases the load limit, providing robust support for the smooth operation of complex in-cabin applications such as large AI models, multi-screen interaction, and voice recognition, thereby further enhancing the user experience.
From development to mass production, the Favalon team collaborated closely with XPENG's R&D team to jointly overcome multiple challenges, including complex technical integration, tight development timelines, and stringent testing standards. The highly innovative "All in One" cockpit-integration solution highly integrates traditional smart cockpit and 5G T-Box functionalities, addresssing industry pain points such as complex in-vehicle wiring, large space occupation, and high BOM costs caused by separated architectures. This achieves an optimal balance between ultimate performance and high cost-effectiveness, and has taken the lead in the industry by being implemented in mass- produced vehicles.
Currently, the AN762S series has obtained multiple international certifications, including FCC in the United States and CE in Europe. Its application in vehicle models complies with the NG-eCall regulations, providing robust technical support and compliance assurance for XPENG's internationalization strategy, accelerating the implementation of its global expansion plans and rapidly enhancing its competitiveness in the global market.
Favalon and XPENG will continue to deepen their cooperation, leveraging outstanding innovative technology and reliable product quality to jointly explore broader global markets. Together, they will define the future of automobiles, delivering smarter, safer, and more comfortable mobility experiences to global users.
