2. Create a design process review checklist and continuously complete it through project experience accumulation;

3. Follow up on new product trial production, identify manufacturing defects in new product design, and promptly propose corresponding design solutions;

4. Monitor whether various process parameters of the SMT factory meet the requirements and promptly detect abnormalities;

5. Participate in the development and design of new processes, verify experiments, and analyze corresponding experimental data.

1. Full time undergraduate degree in electronics, communication, or related fields. At least 3 years of work experience in electronic manufacturing enterprises, familiar with PCB manufacturing processes;

2. Familiar with common defects in various processes of SMT process, able to propose effective solutions. Familiar with the process design of mobile phones and module products;

3. Familiar with various electronic devices and IPC standards in the electronics industry;

4. Good communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking.
