2. Responsible for supporting the software and hardware design of customer projects, including checking schematic design/PCB layout design, hardware debugging, application development debugging, and other work;
3. Assist marketing and sales personnel in promoting products, communicate and exchange with customers in the technical field, and provide feasible solutions for customers based on their project needs and application situations;
4. Responsible for supporting the resolution of customer issues, assisting customers in problem-solving, assisting in tracking customer needs, maintaining status, and managing customer relationships;
5. Need to travel to the client company to provide on-site technical support.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communication engineering, electronic information engineering, automation, computer and other related fields;
2. At least two years of experience in embedded product development or wireless communication module technical support, capable of developing applications in related fields or assisting clients in application development work;
3. Understand or be familiar with TCP/IP protocol stack, have relevant experience in embedded programming development or software testing;
4. Familiar with the driver adaptation and debugging process of embedded operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, WINCE, etc;
5. Understand or be familiar with the application development of the Open series wireless communication module (LTE/5G/Soc) in the OpenLinux environment;
6. Good communication and coordination skills, document writing skills, self-discipline and stability, strong team spirit, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
Priority will be given to those who meet one of the following conditions:
1. Experience in the development, testing, and application technical support of mobile phones or wireless communication modules is preferred;
2. Experience in hardware or software development in automotive electronics and other related industries with a background in the automotive industry is preferred;
3. Familiar with AT commands, SMS, telephone and data services, 4G/5G protocols, and Linux programming experience is preferred.
