1. Hold a project KO kickoff meeting, develop a project APQP plan, clarify project operational specifications, track project progress, supervise project implementation, and ensure that established requirements are met on schedule;
2. Receive input from product design and output to R&D
3. Supervise and control the input and output of various stages of APQP, responsible for managing project documents, project delivery documents, tasks, and tracking weekly reports;
4. Arrange reviews for each stage of the project;
5. Arrange actions such as material preparation, trial production, testing, certification, etc., allocate resources reasonably, organize and coordinate communication and management;
6. Assess and identify project risks/issues/obstacles, follow up, and organize team solutions;
7. Manage and assess CFT project members.
